High-Efficiency Heterojunction Solar Panel
Representatives of high-efficiency solar modules
Heterojunction (HJT: Heterojunction Technology) combines the advantages of crystalline silicon and amorphous silicon thin-film technologies, offering excellent light absorption and passivation properties. It outperforms PERC technology in both efficiency and performance and is currently one of the current leading technologies in the solar industry for increasing conversion rates and power output to the highest levels.
Application Scenarios for HJT Solar Panels
HJT features high bifaciality and a low-temperature coefficient, which effectively reduces the cost per unit of electricity by improving the efficiency and power generation of the solar panels. It is particularly suitable for regions with high summer temperatures in Southern Europe and is well-suited for scenarios such as agricultural photovoltaics, carport photovoltaics, and fence photovoltaics.

High conversion rate and high power output solar modules
High-Efficiency Solar Modules
With high-efficiency HJT 210mm solar cells, the TCO thin film can effectively passivate interface defects in crystalline silicon and doped amorphous silicon, enabling a photovoltaic conversion efficiency of up to 25%.
High Bifaciality Solar Modules
HJT cells are designed with a symmetrical structure and an efficient conductive grid, enabling an impressive power generation capability of over 95% on the rear side. This innovative design significantly outperforms traditional PERC and TopCon technologies, offering a notable increase of 10% to 35% in power generation gain from the rear side.
Low Attenuation
Due to the absence of charging possibilities on the surface of HJT cells, there are no LID (Light Induced Degradation) and LeTID (Light and Elevated Temperature Induced Degradation) effects. The power generation capacity of heterojunction solar panels degrades by no more than 11.1% over 30 years, resulting in a more stable power generation capacity throughout their entire lifespan.
No PID Effect
The TCO (Transparent Conductive Oxide) thin film possesses conductive properties that prevent the surface from generating polarization phenomena for charges, thereby structurally avoiding PID (Potential-Induced Degradation).
Excellent Power Generation In Low-Light Conditions
HJT cells incorporate an intrinsic amorphous silicon hydride (i-a-Si:H) layer between the crystalline silicon and doped thin-film silicon, effectively passivating the defects on the surface of crystalline silicon. As a result, heterojunction solar cells have a higher open-circuit voltage than conventional cells, a broader spectral absorption range, and power generation starts quicker under low-light conditions .
Super Abundant Busbars
More and finer busbars achieve fewer busbar shadings and shorter current transfer distances, reducing resistance, enhancing current collection, and further improving tolerance towards micro cracks, busbar breaks.
Ultra-low Temperature Coefficient
Compared to PERC and Topcon cells, heterojunction cells have a lower temperature coefficient (-0.24%/°C), which makes their power generation performance more stable at elevated temperatures and suffers lower power losses.
Non-Cutting Cell Process
Non-cutting cell processing, which involves complete half-cell configuration, can minimize the impact of micro cracks and potential damage.
Low-Temperature Process
HJT cells, due to the use of silicon-based thin films to form a p-n junction, have soldering process temperatures below 250 degrees Celsius. This reduces thermal stress caused by high temperatures and minimizes heat damage to the solar cells.
High Flexibility
The unique cell structure of HJT solar panel significantly enhances the cell’s exceptional flexibility, reducing the risk of micro cracks during transportation, installation, and other processes, thereby improving the reliability of the entire solar system..
30-year Product Warranty
The HJT solar panel is equipped with weather-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant double-sided glass and POE encapsulation, enabling a 30-year product and performance warranty.
