Exploring double glass solar panels: A Technological Breakthrough in Solar Energy
1. The water resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of glass exceed any known plastic, which can be widely applied to severe cold, high temperature, high humidity, salt spray, ammonia and other harsh environments. Double-sided glass with POE encapsulation material enables TwiSun modules to have superb PID resistance and a service life of up to 30 years.
2. Two aluminum alloy reinforcement bars are added on the back of the module to greatly improve the frontal snow load resistance to 6000Pa, which is highly suitable for high mountainous and snowy areas; the three-part cell design allows the module to control the working current at about 10A, which is perfectly adapted to the current European mainstream inverters.
3. All modules have passed strict mechanical performance tests and EL tests, and the wider and thicker 6065-T6 aluminum alloy frame has increased the mechanical load strength of the modules by 20%. The new reinforcement bar is installed with two screws on both sides, and the high elasticity 3M tape is added in the middle of the reinforcement bar as an anti-collision buffer to better protect the modules.
4. Black ceramic glazed glass with black anodized aluminum alloy frame gives the module a perfect all-black appearance, which blends with the elegant and generous European architectural aesthetics; at the same time, the all-black module is more heat-absorbing and can melt snow faster in cold regions, thus improving power generation efficiency.
5. The outer packaging carton can be customized according to customer needs. Currently, Maysun uses vertically aligned crates with corner protectors separating the modules to avoid metal collisions and friction during shipping. The packaging is secured with multiple plastic ties inside and out to make the components safer for long distance transportation by land and sea.
